Terms of Service.

Walkthroo is a service operated by Large Box Consulting Pvt Ltd. These terms are an agreement between you and Large Box Consulting Pvt Ltd. Our registered address and registration numbers appear at the end of this page.

You can browse spaces and open 360° tours without an account. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access private records, scrape the catalogue at scale, or republish our content or a customer's tour without permission.

Property details are supplied by owners and managers. We show what they give us and we do not invent facts. Details can change or become out of date. Always confirm details directly with the owner before making any decision — a tour is a visual reference, not a survey or a guarantee of condition, size or availability.

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation with the property owner. It is not a booking, a reservation, a ticket or an agreement of any kind. Walkthroo does not sell, let or reserve properties, and any arrangement you reach with an owner is between you and them.

Capture and launch is charged once. Hosting and support is charged on a recurring basis. Extra areas, rescans and annotations are quoted separately. All pricing is agreed in a written quote before any work starts — nothing on this site is an offer at a fixed price. Each quote, once accepted, forms part of our agreement with you.

360° interactive tours are delivered through our capture technology, embedded inside our pages. Tour availability depends on that technology as well as on us. If a tour is temporarily unavailable, we will show you photos and let you try again. Owners can ask for a listing to be hidden; we will explain separately what that does and does not affect.

Owner accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for the content you publish through your account. You confirm you have the right to photograph and publish each space you ask us to capture, including any permission a landlord or association requires.

The Walkthroo name, site design and written content belong to Large Box Consulting Pvt Ltd. Tours remain subject to the terms of the underlying capture technology, and each owner retains the rights in their own property content. Embedding your own tour on your own website is part of the service; other reuse needs permission.

We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on property details or a tour. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these terms as the service develops. When we make a significant change, we will note it on this page and, for account holders, notify you directly.
