Walkthroo is a service operated by Large Box Consulting Pvt Ltd. When we say “we”, “us” or “Walkthroo” on this page, we mean Large Box Consulting Pvt Ltd. You can find our registered address and registration numbers at the end of this page and on our contact page.

When you send an enquiry or a capture request, we collect the details you enter: your name, the contact details you choose to give us, and your message. Browsing spaces does not require an account.

If you are a property owner with an account, we also keep the details of your account and your properties: names, locations, descriptions, photographs, tour records and service history.

Enquiries are passed to the relevant property owner so they can reply to you. Capture requests are used to prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver the capture. Account information is used to run the owner service: publishing your properties, hosting your tours and handling your requests and invoices.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

360° interactive tours are hosted and served by our third-party capture technology providers. When you open a tour, the relevant provider receives the request and applies its own privacy terms alongside ours.

We also rely on hosting, database and communication providers to run the service. They process information only on our instructions.

We keep enquiry and capture-request details for as long as needed to handle them and for our records. Property and tour information is kept while a property is published and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to remove information sooner.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. If you are in India, you also have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to nominate someone to exercise your rights if you cannot. We will confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Property owners choose whether their property appears in our public directory. Hiding a listing does not by itself disable an underlying public tour link — we explain that separately when you ask.
